Sustainability and ethics: KISTERS once again receives silver certification from EcoVadis.

The responsible use of the earth’s resources is a matter of course for us and also the motivation for our services and offerings. Many of our software and hardware solutions enable our customers to act and make more sustainable decisions in the interests of the environment.

We are therefore delighted that Ecovadis, the world’s largest and most reliable provider of sustainability ratings for companies, has once again honoured KISTERS with the silver medal for sustainability. The EcoVadis medal covers the areas of environment, ethics, labour and human rights as well as sustainable procurement.

We can only tackle climate change together and every contribution counts. With our solutions, we enable our customers to make data-based decisions that can optimise their actions, protect our natural resources and make the world a better place. For example, we ourselves use an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001 at all our sites in Germany. In addition, combined heat and power plants, photovoltaic and rainwater utilisation systems and state-of-the-art building automation technology are installed at many company sites. We promote e-mobility, for example through company electric cars and the gradual conversion of the entire company fleet to e-mobility, our own charging stations, e-bike sharing and our own e-bike station. Our websites are also hosted on servers with a low CO2 footprint.

Fairness, international diversity, team spirit and mutual appreciation are a matter of course in the daily interaction of our 750 colleagues from more than 30 nations.
