How you can contribute:
Event Management (60%)
- Planning, organising, and executing external and internal events for the HydroMet business unit, including trade shows, customer workshops and team events.
- Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinating logistics, materials, and marketing collateral for events.
- Acting as the main point of contact for sales team, vendors, venues, and other stakeholders in regards to events.
- Post-event reporting, including lead follow-up and performance evaluation.
Lead Management & Marketing Support (40%)
- Managing and qualifying leads generated through events, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM (if applicable) or lead tracking systems.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, social media coordination, and content creation.
- Assisting with competitor research and market analysis to improve lead conversion strategies.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, events or advertising.
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English is a must.
- Managing and qualifying leads generated through events, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM (if applicable) or lead tracking systems.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, social media coordination, and content creation.
- Assisting with competitor research and market analysis to improve lead conversion strategies.
- A background in the environmental, water, or technology sectors is an advantage, but not essential.
- Preferably, experience in digital marketing or social media coordination.
- Familiarity with lead qualification techniques or sales processes would be beneficial.
