The study “Germany’s best jobs with a future” commissioned by Focus/Focus Money awards companies with outstanding job security and stability every year. As in previous years, KISTERS was identified as a job-secure company in the analysis. Especially in today’s times, which are strongly characterised by uncertainties, job security has a high priority.

For KISTERS, the future security of jobs has been part of our self-image and our corporate culture from the very beginning. Therefore, we are very pleased about this renewed external confirmation.

The study examined about 4,400 German-based companies with more than 400 employees. The development of the number of employees, turnover and profit was evaluated retrospectively for five years.
